Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for our new Talent Acquisition Specialist who can see the value in our candidates and help them connect to Fresh Hope.
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, can you picture yourself: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to pre-employment checks and onboarding new employees, Keeping the process moving as candidates complete the pre-employment and offer stages, ensuring all the key parties are updated, Proactively sourcing for critical positions and building talent pipelines to reduce the time to hire. Understands the impact of their actions on stakeholders and takes steps to provide a high-quality service, Communicates clearly while tapping into the advice of our People & Culture team, Is proactive to keep the process moving, pre-empting obstacles and supporting candidates or managers to navigate them, Balances delivering day to day recruitment outcomes while we work together to improve the experience for everyone, Can question the pieces that don't make sense.
