The role involves ensuring smooth coordination of shipment movements, documentation processing, and active communication with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Collect, process, and arrange forwarding-related documentation for shipment movements, including offsite deliveries when required.Assist in ensuring the timely and prompt dispatch of all consignments, adhering to agreed schedules and deadlines.Monitor and track all export and import consignments, keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
