Job Description Duration: 12 months, 3 days/week Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and management of RWE studies leveraging data from Nordic healthcare systems Develop study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and data analysis strategies to address research objectives Conduct advanced statistical analyses using large-scale healthcare databases and real-world data sources Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on study methodology, data analysis techniques, and scientific writing Collaborate with clients, key stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budget Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and project planning Stay abreast of emerging trends, methodologies, and regulatory requirements in the field of RWE generation Requirements: Master's or PhD degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health outcomes research, or a related discipline 3+ years of experience in RWE generation within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, STATA) and database querying tools Strong analytical skills and demonstrated expertise in quantitative data analysis Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience supervising or mentoring junior staff Fluent in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is desirable
