We are looking for Customer Experience Evaluators (CXEs) based in Gold Coast, Australia who are keen on sharing their opinion about their experience in a luxury store. As a CXE, you will conduct discreet evaluations of your favourite luxury brands in markets such as beauty, fashion, jewellery, watches or automobiles and give us your feedback.

Responsibilities Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands. Provide detailed feedback on the customer experience. Minimum Requirements Passionate about customer experience and writing. Likes to interact with people. Organized & prompt. Good understanding of the Fashion/Beauty/Jewellery/Watch/Automobile industry. Must be proficient in English (Written & Spoken) and/or local language. Additional Information This is a freelance, project-based position. Flexible working hours.
