We are seeking a dedicated Fraud Prevention and Investigations Manager to lead our efforts in detecting, preventing, and investigating fraudulent activities across the organization.
Join Our Team as a Fraud Prevention and Investigations Manager! In this pivotal role, you will spearhead all fraud-related initiatives, develop and execute strategies for investigations and intelligence gathering, and collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Your leadership will foster a culture of transparency and vigilance, empowering team members to raise concerns and support fraud prevention efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage fraud prevention and investigation activities across GFG Alliance Australia. Develop relationships throughout the organisation to create a supportive environment for reporting concerns. Conduct and oversee investigations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Train employees on fraud detection and prevention techniques. Utilise advanced data analytics to identify anomalies and potential fraud activities. Prepare and analyse comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations. Collaborate with external agencies, including police and government bodies, to resolve cases. About your experience: Experience in a fraud prevention role, particularly in conducting interviews and managing evidential material. Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements surrounding fraud investigations. Proven experience in managing complex fraud investigations and intelligence operations. Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills. High-level decision-making capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Expertise in conducting interviews and handling sensitive information. Ability to think critically and strategically to develop long-term fraud prevention plans. Excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail. Resilience in handling complex cases and working under pressure.
