Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth while supporting and ensuring the success of our franchise family nationally. Your focus will be on nurturing franchisees from their onboarding stage through ongoing support, working directly in the field, at FMO HQ, and remotely. We are looking for an enthusiastic FDM who thrives on building relationships and helping franchisees develop and execute effective business plans that deliver measurable results. Your role will be integral to our mission of cultivating a thriving franchise network.
Join our team alongside an experienced FDM and Franchise Recruitment Manager to support Provender's franchise owners. With paperwork handled by your co-workers, you'll focus on the "fun stuff"—building relationships, driving growth, and helping franchisees succeed.
Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships between Provender and our franchisees nationwide, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring alignment with company values and growth objectives.Business Planning and Local Area Marketing (LAM): Guide franchisees in developing, implementing, and executing one-page business plans and LAM campaigns focused on sustainable growth. Coach franchisees to adopt a growth mindset, leveraging proven strategies for continuous improvement.Strategic Performance Enhancement: Develop and execute strategies to optimize franchisee performance and growth, ensuring alignment with Provender's overall goals.Operational Excellence: Support franchisees in implementing best practices and maintaining minimum performance standards to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding of new franchisees, facilitating their smooth integration into the network. This includes managing the LMS (Learning Management System) and conducting thorough onboarding training to set franchisees up for long-term success.To be successful in this role, you will need:A strong understanding of data analysis to identify areas of opportunity.Experience in creating, implementing, and overseeing business plans to achieve strategic goals.Practical experience in applying business and financial principles to make informed decisions that drive profitability and growth.Proven ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.High attention to detail, especially in fast-paced environments.A positive, "can-do" attitude with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.Enjoyment in working collaboratively within a team environment.Qualifications & Experience:7+ years of working in a Franchise business environment3+ years working as a Franchise Development Manager, Territory Manager or similarA tertiary qualification is desired but not essentialWhat's in it for You?National role, so travel across the countryAutonomy using your experience to take our franchisees to the next levelSmall and close Head Office Team environmentIf this role is right for you, flexible start dates up to end of February 2025 or start tomorrow!
