Your focus will be on nurturing franchisees from their onboarding stage through ongoing support, working directly in the field, at FMO HQ, and remotely. Your role will be integral to our mission of cultivating a thriving franchise network.Join our team alongside an experienced FDM and Franchise Recruitment Manager to support Provender's franchise owners. With paperwork handled by your co-workers, you'll focus on the "fun stuff"—building relationships, driving growth, and helping franchisees succeed.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships between Provender and our franchisees nationwide, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring alignment with company values and growth objectives.Business Planning and Local Area Marketing (LAM): Guide franchisees in developing, implementing, and executing one-page business plans and LAM campaigns focused on sustainable growth. Coach franchisees to adopt a growth mindset, leveraging proven strategies for continuous improvement.Strategic Performance Enhancement: Develop and execute strategies to optimize franchisee performance and growth, ensuring alignment with Provender's overall goals.Operational Excellence: Support franchisees in implementing best practices and maintaining minimum performance standards to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding of new franchisees, facilitating their smooth integration into the network.
