The Role
Operating under a new PE ownership model, this Finance Manager role will be pivotal in building and shaping out the finance function as the business continues to scale up. Your duties will encompass a broad range of duties across financial reporting, tax compliance, FP&A and strategy. Specific duties to include but not be limited to:
Full ownership and presentation of month end results including P&L reviews, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows Preparation of monthly management/board reporting packages with detailed analysis and commentaries Statutory reporting and Tax Compliance Ownership of the FP&A function and working closely with the business in developing annual budgets and robust forecasts Working closely with Shareholders and the Board in developing strategic initiatives Implementation and oversight of Corporate Governance, Internal Controls and Risk Management Providing decision support and commercial insights to the business About You:
Minimum of 7 years experience, ideally having worked in a Finance Leadership position for the last 3 – 4 years CA qualified Chartered trained experience will be seen as highly desirable, having started in a Business Services or Outsourced CFO capacity. First Movers at the Manager/ Senior Manager level will be considered Exposure working within Small to Mid – Capped businesses will be held in high regard, particularly within a PE setting Experience working in IT Services, Technology or Software will be seen as highly favourable You will be commercially focussed, highly inquisitive and have the ability to build strong commercial relationships Interested?
