Estimator, Facade & Curtain Wall The Company: Family owned, well established design, fabricate and installation contractor.
Operating in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with 200 staff, expanding with major commercial projects.

The Role:
Reviewing tender documentation to determine scope and specific terms and conditions.
Accurately reviewing and reading architectural drawings.
Staying abreast of industry trends and supplier products.
Developing client relationships and attending client meetings.
Preparing and reviewing budgets including estimating man-hours required for fabrication and installation and arranging supplier quotes for materials either direct or through procurement.
Undertaking accurate material take-offs.
Assisting with construction scheduling and planning.
Value Engineering to create synergies and savings on projects in conjunction with internal managers and consultants.
The Person:
Proven professional record of successfully estimating projects within the construction sector.
Extensive experience in a similar role.
Sound knowledge and understanding of the Facade industry.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
