Formworker Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Formwork Supervisor to oversee and manage our projects in the Perth and metro areas .
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all formwork activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Lead and manage a team of formwork carpenters and laborers to achieve high productivity and quality work. Collaborate with project managers, steel fixing teams, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and deliverables. Inspect and maintain formwork systems, ensuring they align with engineering specifications . Manage site challenges, such as scaffolding issues, access constraints, and congested workspaces . Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times. Track labor hours, materials, and project progress to ensure efficient resource utilization. Conduct toolbox talks and keep the team informed of project updates. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the project management team. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Formwork Supervisor on large-scale civil or residential projects . Strong knowledge of formwork systems, scaffolding practices, and steel reinforcement . Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across day and night shifts . Sound understanding of construction safety regulations with the ability to enforce them on-site. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for effective teamwork and troubleshooting. Experience managing project schedules and budgets. A valid White Card and driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with tier 1 contractors . Certification or training in Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) . Familiarity with Perth metro projects and large infrastructure work. What We Offer: Competitive salary package.
