Formworker / Carpenter / All Rounder

ReadyForm is a structural concrete construction company specializing in intricate concrete structures.About the RoleWe are looking for reliable young formworkers/carpenters/labourers who are willing to jump in and build formwork, tie steel, and help pour concrete. Our work mainly revolves around civil construction, so versatility is essential.No prior experience is required for steel fixing or concreting, but a willingness to learn these skills is expected.We currently have projects on the Central Coast, Sydney, and Newcastle; we go where the work is.Must be willing to travel to Sydney and Newcastle when needed (company cars supplied) and also work some Saturdays as required.We are a small, young crew with opportunities for advancement within the company for the right person.Long-term roles with the opportunity to go full-timeMonday to Friday with occasional Saturday workStable employment with a stable companyStart within 1 week or earlierTraining available for the right personAll our projects are based on a 9-10 hour dayVehicles supplied for works off the Central Coast (fuel, tolls, parking, etc. also paid for)Weekly pay cyclesAbove award wages + overtime ratesExperience and QualificationsMust have a driver's licenseEWP ticket - desirableAll-rounder (willing to work across factions)Must have contactable referencesMust be willing to pass a drug and alcohol testPay rate depending on experience and qualifications.We are also looking for a young leading hand who is ready to step up and run a team of 2-3 men.No phone calls, please.
