Forklift Operator

We're seeking a dependable and friendly Warehouse Attendant for a hands-on role at our Melbourne Warehouse in Dandenong South.
This position requires an independent worker who can manage day-to-day warehouse activities and occasionally perform light handyman tasks.
The ideal candidate will also have solid customer service skills for assisting clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations independently, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients in person and handling inquiries over the phone.
Perform basic handyman tasks as needed to keep the warehouse in top shape.
Operate a forklift (experience required) to handle inventory and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
Use MYOB and Microsoft Office software to process orders and maintain accurate records.

Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional attitude in handling client interactions.
Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft Office, with confidence in using a computer.
Forklift License & Experience: Prior forklift operation experience is required.
Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
