Enjoy hands-on training in a collaborative team environment, gaining knowledge in forest ecology, compliance, and sustainable timber production Access to self-paced learning Collaborative team environment About the role: As a Forest Officer Trainee, you will receive extensive training to understand the full scope of a Forestry Officer's responsibilities. This includes conducting accurate and timely mark-up surveys in designated areas to support timber production while ensuring compliance with the Coastal Integrated Forestry Operations Approval (CIFOA) and Plantations and Reafforestation Code obligations. This role is a unique opportunity to develop field skills, build industry knowledge, and contribute to sustainable forestry practices across NSW.
