In this key role, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to international travelers, with a strong emphasis on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions.

Your duties vary but primarily includes: Servicing customer enquiries and securing foreign currency deals Participation in sales activities and marketing projects Building customer rapport and repeat business Daily Branch activities and Administration Continuous work against money laundering and follow current regulations and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience: Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience, Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, Must have excellent communication and negotiation skill set, Overall flexible to work at both locations, Responsible with great attention to detail, Ability to complete tasks with great accuracy in timely manner, Team player who enjoys collaborating with others, Basic computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office suites Must be fluent in English, fluency in other languages would be advantageous.

Hours: We have both Full time and Part time positions available, working up to 5 out of 7 days between the retail operating hours.
Availability to work in the weekends and on Thursday (in line with late shopping hours) are Must.
