Project Managers with extensive fit-out experience are in demand! The fit-out space has turned a corner, and 2025 is looking very busy for this company; we need an experienced PM to join the team in this growing business.
This business has offices nationally and in New Zealand, with Melbourne being one of its major hubs. The Melbourne team has just opened brand new offices to meet the needs of the expanding business.
They design and construct personalised spaces in the commercial sector and have multiple projects due to start in the new year. The bulk of their projects are based in the CBD, with values ranging on average up to $6m across multiple sectors, including Office, healthcare, hospitality, and education.
The company uses Procore and has proven processes under which you will work.

The salary is up to $170k, plus super for the right individual.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have worked on commercial fit-out and/or refurbishment projects and have a solid track record as a Project Manager for a commercial builder.
