Position Requirements: Develop and manage football programs for secondary students, including programming, reporting, and individualised performance plans.Plan and execute high-quality training sessions to enhance technical, tactical, and physical skills.Integrate sports science practices such as fitness routines, injury prevention strategies, and nutritional guidance into training plans.Monitor and support the academic and personal growth of student-athletes, ensuring a balanced approach to their overall development.Impart values of sportsmanship, collaboration, discipline, and resilience, fostering a positive team culture.Collaborate with staff, parents, and the broader SCBC community to ensure a supportive environment for student-athletes.Contribute to building a healthy culture of advanced-level sports in line with SCBC's Christian values.Essential Criteria: A personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ.Active participation in a church or Christian community, exemplifying Christian beliefs, behaviour, and practices.Acceptance of the College's Statement of Faith.Ability to build cooperative and supportive relationships with the Board, Principal, staff, students, and parents.Commitment to personal best practice.Ensure decisions are impartial, fact-based, and fair.Model appropriate and proper channels of communication.Consistently act in the best interests of the College and its ethos.Adherence to all policies and procedures outlined by SCBC.Commitment to maintaining a child-safe environment in line with the College's values and policies.Possession of the following certifications:National Police ClearanceWorking with Children CheckFirst Aid CertificateApplication Deadline: 01st December 2024
