We currently have the opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Food Service Manager to manage the provision of a high quality food service to our residents at Blue Haven. In this role you will also develop the profile and economic sustainability of Barroul House Café and identify opportunities for further business development.

A Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalentDemonstrated management experience in a food service environment with the ability to supervise staff and lead teamsExtensive experience in the food service industryExperience working as a Head Chef - this is a hands-on role and part of the role involves cookingExperience cooking for the elderlyThe ability to analyse data and report on performance including financial indicatorsThe ability to work flexible hours if requiredExperience in rostering and trainingProficiency in Microsoft Office.Pre-Employment Checks As part of the recruitment process you will need to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check and provide your NDIS worker check.
