Food Production Operator - Fuse Recruitment

We are currently seeking experienced Food Production Operators to join our client in Heidelberg in a fast-paced food production environment.
This role is for day shift only, with a 7am start time.
As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and production of high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities: Operate various food production equipment and machinery.
Manage the washing station to ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
Assist with the mixing of ingredients according to specified recipes and quality standards.
Participate in the packing of finished goods for distribution.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
Maintain a safe and tidy work area in compliance with company policies.
Requirements: Prior experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety regulations.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
