Food & Beverage Supervisor - Renowned Hospitality Venues Our Melbourne Airport business operates some of Australia's most well-renowned hospitality brands and venues across the domestic and international terminals including Bar Pulpo by MoVida, Biggie Smalls by Shane Delia, Middle Ground, ST. ALi, Urban Provodore, Flat Chat, Mezze Za Za, Jiro Sushi & many more.
SSP is continuing to grow, with our venues, cafes and restaurants expanding across new locations at Melbourne Airport as a result we are on the lookout for amazing talent to join our team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a motivated, passionate and self-driven person to join our team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor for predominantly afternoon & evening shifts.
You will work across a variety of exciting and unique venues!
Cafes, Kiosk, Fast Food, Bars & Restaurants.
You will lead by example and have a 'customer obsessed' focus that drives sales and builds a regular client base.
You will guide, support, train and oversee your venue teams while ensuring standards and quality are met at all times.
This role is the stepping stone in your career to become a venue manager or food and beverage manager.
Our supervisors drive food & beverage sales through their team members - ensuring venues are presentable and in line with brand expectations, as you strive to achieve Key Performance Objectives.
You will receive ongoing training and support.
We will look to you to coach new starters in our venues best practices and policies and drive consistency and standards.
You will assist overseeing and driving success in a variety of venues.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Barista & Bar experience is ideal Food handling certificate and RSA is highly regarded, or must be willing to obtain Ability to work across multi venues if needed Able to delegate and motivate team members A high level of communication Great multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment OUR CULTURE
