Food & Beverage Supervisor

An opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team with a Part time Supervisory position. Reporting directly to Food & Beverage Manager. A key role to lead and inspire a small team. THE POSITION We are looking for a positive, flexible food & beverage professional who is multiskilled and can work across different outlets. This is truly a hands-on position which requires an individual who has experience leading a team and delivering excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all customers are welcomed on arrival and farewell upon leaving Work across multiple outlets, including Restaurant, Banquets, bar, and in room dining. Assist to motivate, mentor, train and supervise the Food & Beverage team. Maintain standards in service across restaurant, bar and conferencing. Handling and resolving guest complaints. Overseeing general operations for food & beverage. Banquet operations - liaising with client, setup, service etc. IDEAL CANDIDATE Minimum 6 months previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor Previous experience with Micros would be advantageous Must have flexible availability to work afternoons and evenings including weekends and public holidays. Guarantee 24 hours per week A people person who is able to build rapport. Great attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task. Team player, ability to lead and motivate the team, being operationally hands on.
