Food & Beverage Supervisor

Stellenbeschreibung Ensure the smooth operation of food & beverage service in both functions and the restaurant; Lead a team of  individuals in various roles within the food & beverage service; Collaborate on menu and beverage offerings; Occasionally contribute to menu planning and pricing decisions; Manage inventory and place orders for food and beverages; Responsible for training and developing staff members; Dedication to ensuring a positive dining experience for guests; Reporting to Restaurant Manager & Conference & Events Operations Manager.
Qualifikationen Previous experience in a food & beverage outlet at a team leader or supervisor level; Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, specifically Opera and Shiji; Capability to resolve issues and address guest concerns effectively; Keen eye for detail to uphold service quality and presentation standards; Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
