Hospitality is a work of heart, Join us and become a Heartist. Job DescriptionPassionate about guest interaction, food, and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.
An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons.Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious.The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day.Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured, fast-paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of.Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers. QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
You must have a service-focused personality and a passion for everything food & beverage.You will possess the personality and charisma to be our "Host with the most" while on duty.Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.Demonstrated high-quality service standard.
