Food & Beverage SupervisorFull time SalaryAustralian Outback Spectacular, Oxenford, Gold CoastThe Opportunity:As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will manage our frontline team to deliver a superior quality food and drink service under strict timeframes.Your day to day:Coordinate effective resource planning to achieve sufficient labour controls based on attendance forecasts.Manage your Food & Beverage team where responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, compliance training and conducting performance reviews.Work within a given budget by managing labour costs, conducting value chain analysis and assisting with financial reporting.Train and mentor your team on service standards to ensure guests are provided with a superior service experience.Maintain food safety standards and effective dietary management.Manage effective stock levels and cash control.What you'll bring:Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue (RMLV, valid in Queensland) and Approved Managers license are required.Previous experience in leading large teams in a Food & Beverage environment.In depth knowledge of all areas of WH&S and Food Safety.Full availability and flexibility to work across the group where required.To apply:Internal: Please visit internalcareers.villageroadshow.com.auExternal: Please visit themeparks.com.au/team/recruitment.Applications close:
