At InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort we are looking for Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
Working alongside the Assistant Restaurants & Bars Manager and Food & Beverage Leaders, you will assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Restaurants and Bars across the Resort and on occasion Room Service. You will manage inventory and ordering stock, monitor rosters, and complete time sheet approvals. You will work in partnership with other areas of the Resort as well as with your dynamic and experienced team to continuously drive and identify product and guest experience enhancement opportunities.
Day to Day Liaise and work collaboratively with Food & Beverage Management regarding daily duties.Constructively participate in team meetings, ensuring communication flows throughout the team.Support the development of the team to maximize performance and great company culture.Ensure guest satisfaction and customer experience by following IHG policies and procedures.Assist and monitor rostering to ensure all shifts are covered to required level.Order inventory based on outlet par levels and assist in resolving discrepancies in inventory.Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships within immediate team and wider hotel team.Ensure ongoing training for Food and Beverage Attendants is kept up to date.Lead the service period to keep the operation running smoothly and efficiently.Demonstrate awareness of OH&S policies and procedures.Qualifications Qualification in Hospitality desirable.RSA Certificate.Experience Minimum 2 years experience in Bar Supervision.Knowledge of wines, beer, spirits, and whisky.Friendly persona with strong communication skills.Time management skills, delegation, a drive for results, and strong employee engagement skills.Neat personal presentation.Flexibility - mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays are all part of the job.Join our extraordinary world and experience a place where you can be yourself, share your ideas, support your personal growth and wellbeing, and be a valued member of an inspirational team.
