About the Role: The Food and Beverage Duty Manager will take the lead in the day to day operations of the business, ensuring a seamless operation and allowing customers to enjoy an exceptional experience. This role will be mostly operations focused with some administrative duties. Our Duty Managers play a key role in creating a sense of atmosphere, training new team members and ensuring the venue complies with regulations. Looking for someone experienced in working in a fast-paced environment across a multi-faced venue with a gaming background. Attention to detail and a positive work ethic is a must.
Responsibilities: Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered across all aspects of the business Ensuring the venue operates safely and within restrictions Focused on the development of the team, with the ability to lead, train and coordinate staff in a motivating, efficient and effective manner Able to manage payments, cash handling and reporting Confident handling guest feedback and any complaints in an efficient and proactive manner About you: A natural and confident leader with exceptional communication skills Passionate about customer service and delivering amazing experiences Maintaining knowledge of venue compliance, regulations and venue operations Have full availability to work a mix of nights, weekends and day shifts.
