What you can expect in a day in this role: We're seeking a talented Bar Attendant to join our iconic Birdcage bar! You'll be responsible for bringing the flair in crafting exceptional cocktails and exuding passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
If you can imagine yourself mixing up cocktails such as The Bluebird, a Scarlet Affair, and a Birdie Sling or consulting our guests on the best gin or wine, then come shake your tail feather with us!
What you will bring to the role: Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktailsExperience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a food and beverage environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to navigate both slow periods and thriving busy timesPositive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer serviceCurrent Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation or the ability to obtainFlexibility in availability across 7 days including late nights and into the early hours of the morningAn appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
