The Food & Beverage Assistant will deliver exceptional levels of customer service as part of the Food & Beverage team (Front of House) by providing food services and information about the features and facilities available at the Port Arthur Historic Sites.

DutiesProvide friendly, efficient and effective customer service to PAHS visitorsEnsure food service areas are clean and tidyServe food and beverages using hygienic food handling processesUse Point of Sale terminal to conduct business transactionsProvide table service of food and beverage as requiredProvide relevant and accurate information to visitors regarding activities, features and facilities available at the Port Arthur Historic Sites and the surrounding regions and to maintain that knowledgePromote and maintain PAHSMA's Vision, Purpose and Values in all contact with visitors and colleaguesResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateCertificate in Hospitality or Retail or TourismPlease apply online by clicking the blue 'Apply Now' button.
