Join our dynamic team as a Food and Beverage Team Leader at the Hilton Garden Inn Busselton, located in the heart of Busselton, Western Australia. In this key role, you will lead and inspire our passionate food and beverage service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage service team Ensure excellent customer service by training, mentoring and motivating the team Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control processes Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner Participate in the preparation and service of food and beverages as needed Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining areas Contribute to the development and implementation of team and operational plans What we're looking for Proven experience in a similar food and beverage leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to effectively manage, motivate and develop a team Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry standards Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays Food safety and responsible service of alcohol certifications We are seeking energetic and friendly individuals with excellent customer service skills, who are eager to grow with us and commit to a long-term position on our team.
