As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating the activities of food and beverage staffEnsuring that customer service standards are metMonitoring and controlling inventory levelsProviding ongoing training and development for staffMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentHandling customer complaints and resolving issuesAssisting the Food and Beverage Manager in menu planning, budget management, and other duties as required.The ideal candidate for this position will possess: Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry with strong communication and team management skills.Approved Manager and RSA Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressureGood organization / time-management skillsFlexible approach to working hours and the ability to work shifts and weekends as required.We are seeking energetic and friendly individuals with excellent customer service skills and prior experience, who are eager to grow with us and commit to a long-term position on our team.
