About the role Rydges Sydney Central is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for Manna Loft.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operation for breakfast, creating a remarkable guest experience while maintaining a high level of service standards.
Your key responsibilities will be: Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals Build key relationships with all guests and staff Maintain all aspects of the restaurant to the highest standard Implement sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue Create a warm and welcoming environment Ability to work a variety of shifts and flexibility with hours Skills & experience Current NSW RSA required.
Prior hospitality experience in a similar role.
