Responsibilities: Create exceptional Guests experiences Provide and maintain a safe, happy and productive work environment Work, health and safety management Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of all dining outlets within the hotel, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality. Guest Experience and Service Excellence: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively. Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, training staff to meet these expectations. Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience. Team Management and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant and bar Team Members, fostering a positive work environment.
