Leading the F&B team in fulfilling Hilton's Purpose The effective leadership of a high performing team that meets or exceeds targets in relation to People, Profit, Customer, and Quality Overall responsibility for all F&B departments including Outlets and C&E Ensuring team members work to achieve consistent service standards, possess excellent product knowledge, and are provided with every opportunity to achieve their career goals Overall profitability of the department Collaboration with other stakeholders to ensure departmental revenues flow through to profit in line with company objectives What are we looking for?
