What you can expect in a day in the role As a Food and Beverage Attendant at the Watergarden Café, you will serve hot coffee, drinks and delicious snacks while overlooking our beautiful water features.
Basked in all-day sun, you will be tasked with serving customers, maintaining cleanliness of our beautiful cafe, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
Role responsibilities will include: Serving hot beverages, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks Taking orders using a POS system Assisting with the opening and closing of the café Clearing and wiping tables Attending to guests and their enquires What you'll bring to the role With a friendly attitude, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for hospitality, our ideal Food and Beverage Attendant will have: On-the-job barista experience Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail to notice to little things that need tending to A strong commitment to quality customer service and creating memorable experiences Ability to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
