Key Responsibilities: As a HC Driver: Exhibit professional behavior in all freight pickups and deliveries.
Securely load, unload, and transport freight following safety regulations.
Adhere to scanning, Proof of Delivery procedures, and TGE's OH&S policies.
Manage all consignment paperwork, manifests, and notes at pickup points.
Ensure freight is packaged safely and effectively.
As a Scheduler Reliever: Handle rostering and scheduling of loads.
Book freight and approve leave.
Perform various office tasks related to scheduling and coordination.
About You: Skills & Experience: Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
Current and valid HC license.
Minimum of 2 year's experience in freight pick-up and delivery (general and express).
Compliant with National Transport Commission's Load Restraint Guidelines.
Proficient computer skills.
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Radio Communications Systems.
Experience with Load Restraint Systems & Equipment.
Ability to pass medical, background, and drug & alcohol tests.
