Food And Beverage Attendant

Your role will include: Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all timesProblem solving any guest complaints and escalating where requiredProviding courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all timesPerforming opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered inHaving a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products, and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.Role Requirements: Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencementHigh level of communication skillsHigh level of grooming and personal presentationPrevious Food & Beverage experience is highly regardedPrevious experience with Micros is highly regardedA career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
