People living in regional and remote WA are experiencing poorer health outcomes and struggling to get access to Allied health.
Most places we visit have a waitlist up to 2 years and some places, allied health has never existed before.

Winning multiple awards and featured in the AFR Fast 100 list, we need a business leader that breathes efficiency and growth to lead our WA operations.

Our established, grassroots state of WA is looking for a senior leader (Health or Aviation background) to lead our WA operations, completing over 12 flights per week to over 20 locations, with 30 staff.

Our goal is to triple by FY26.

Day to day objectives
Overseeing operations and clinical teams to deliver safe and efficient operation into country WA Lead WA culture, attraction and retention of staff Oversee state performance and financial outcome Business development, growth and relationship management of senior government, NGO and private stakeholders Strategic objectives
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the strategic growth of the business unit Work with other state leaders to achieve our national organisational goals Work with CFO to achieve group financial targets Work with clinical director to establish best clinical practice Work with our aviation safety director to uphold our gold standard safety record YOU
Background in allied health, health management or aviation, or similar in business, start up leadership who has a keen eye for efficiency Ground floor experience with building something from nothing Senior leader at hyper growth Australian start ups Demonstrated ability to motivate, guide and lead a culture focussed team Demonstrated ability to scale a business to achieve financial KPIs How do your skills match this job?
