We are currently seeking a Flow Cytometry Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives for flow cytometry products in ANZ. This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Life Sciences ANZ team and is located in Australia (Melbourne or Sydney).
In this role, you will be responsible for: Driving sales and marketing initiatives and leading a high performance team towards continued success and excellence in research and diagnostic flow cytometry in ANZ. Developing and implementing an annual sales and marketing business plan with clear strategies to meet sales quotas. Achieving company financial objectives through individual sales, market development, as well as managing the sales team and marketing initiatives. Inspiring and empowering a high performing team by leading, coaching and motivating the sales team to meet targets. Submitting timely forecasts and reports on sales performance and cultivating excellence and continuous improvement for lasting success. Building strong relationships with KOLs and influencers, building market coverage by engaging with target customer segments and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborating with internal teams (applications, service, customer service, marketing, finance) and travelling as needed to support the sales team and business objectives. The essential requirements for the job include: A Science degree (or equivalent) and flow cytometry experience is essential. Proven experience in sales and marketing within the flow cytometry market with direct engagement with key opinion leaders and influential figures in the scientific and clinical community. Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills with high integrity, adaptability, and a passion for commercial growth. Proven ability to motivate and manage high performing sales teams to achieve ambitious goals, skills in executing strategic initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and fostering collaboration and results-driven change. Execution focused approach with a strong track record in closing sales and driving success. Flexibility and the ability to respond to changing requirements dictated by market situation and/or company goals.
