Business is booming and we are currently looking to appoint a talented, dynamic individual, with proven sales experience to join our dynamic team working from the Home Collective in WA.
The ideal candidate will be someone that has a proven track record in sales and a real passion for outstanding customer service.
The Role Reporting to and working for Choices Flooring and ABN Group as part of the Home Collective, you will be the in-house flooring specialist, working to support ABN Group businesses and their customers with all aspects of their flooring selections for their new homes.
This role is critical in maintaining the link and relationship for clients and customers, providing significant contribution to business performance and will help support the ongoing success of the Retail Centre team.
You will be responsible for the successful completion of client flooring consultations for all ABN Group residential building companies, where you will provide one-on-one specialised advice and guidance to customers across all market segments – from first home buyers to luxury homes.
You will follow this up by managing all administrative aspects related to product and order processing, including record keeping and the completion of paperwork related to the selections.
Extensive training will be offered to the successful candidate.
You To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
Previous experience within the building industry, or in a Colour Consultant or Interior Designer role with a passion for customer relationship management and consultationProven success in sales and the ability to easily build rapport and trust with clientsA natural flair for design and colourSomeone with vision who can bring a client's dream to lifeEfficient with follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction is at its optimumAbility to self-motivate and work independentlyStrong computer and administration skillsStrong and positive work ethicBe able to read floor plans would be advantageous, but not essentialEffective time management and appointment schedulingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCarpet and flooring product knowledge and design qualifications considered an advantageBusiness Development and/or Account Management is highly desirableCurrent drivers licence and reliable vehicle (essential)This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark and develop your career with a growing and successful company.
