THE ROLE At JD Sports, our customer is at the heart of everything we do. As Floor Manager, you are a key member of the store leadership team working together to deliver great customer and employee experiences.
You are a true sales leader, leading by example with passion and purpose. Your team draws inspiration and motivation from your energy as you coach them to deliver great in-store experiences.
The Floor Manager leads with an energetic, collaborative approach. Using your knowledge of retail best practices, you will assist in achieving daily store and business goals, including coaching your team to hit all sales targets.
You are responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Model great customer service, every customer, every timeCoaching team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' mentalitySupport the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and KPI performanceUtilise reports to identify trade trends, opportunities and implement action plansAssist the Management Team to complete weekly visual merchandising direction & promotional launchesAssist in recruiting, inducting and developing team membersUphold company retail standards and deliver visual excellenceWork with BOH team to ensure product availability and operational excellenceWHO YOU ARE Experience in a customer-facing service rolePrevious key holder or supervisor experience preferred but not essentialResults driven, in order to successfully deliver results and KPIsA positive attitude, enabling you to motivate othersCollaborator with strong communication skillsPassionate to learn with a growth mindsetLoves sports fashion brands and is enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge with customers to build brand loyaltyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environmentWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
