About the role:
Owning the day to day Hire Operations including:
Front counter sales and customer support Co-ordinating internal and external transport Planning and sourcing Equipment requirements to ensure smooth customer experience Liaising with the Flexihire team to ensure equipment is ready to supply to our customers Assist with loading and unloading customers Occasional general yard duties including movement of machinery (free training provided!) High energy with the ability to handle a high volume of emails and phone calls. Ability to uphold high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment Adaptable to changing priorities including the ability to both work as part of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframes. Sound experience with IT applications including Microsoft suite. Time management skills including the ability to plan and adapt in accordance with changes in priorities. Ability to run reports, audit documentation and adhere to procedures (free training provided) Hire industry experience with equipment and mechanical knowledge preferred but not essential! The successful candidate for this challenging role can expect an excellent remuneration package.
