Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager within our Cross-Border Marketing division. This position falls within our Global Marketing team and is based in our Sydney office. In this role, you will lead the marketing strategy, activities, and programs targeted at corporate clients within the APAC region, ensuring the integrity of the Corpay brand throughout all events and communications. You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting digital content, campaigns, marketing collateral, events coordination, PR activities, and sales enablement initiatives for Corpay Asia Pacific targeted at generating leads across the region. From social media to print, or email to digital advertising, you'll help orchestrate campaigns that captivate our audience and elevate our brand presence.
Some key responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans to fuel company growth. Social Media Mastery: Oversee and optimise social media campaigns for maximum impact and engagement. Initiate blog topics, organic posts, newsletter content, webinars and content for social media channels with support from our Global Marketing team. Brand: Support corporate/internal/employer brand initiatives, being the internal go-to on copy and approvals to ensure consistency in market. Sales Enablement Initiatives: Support the execution of events, sponsorships and road shows – including post-event lead nurturing through email. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts. Qualifications & Skills
To thrive in this role, you'll need more than just a degree in Marketing or Communications. This is a very hands-on, dynamic, and diverse role that requires someone with a commercial mind-set, great time management and multi-tasking abilities. No two days will be the same with several small and large tasks you'll need to juggle. It will suit someone who is comfortable working independently but still able to thrive in a collaborative environment. You're an innovative thinker with a creative eye, and you're willing to roll up your sleeves and support the Global Marketing team where needed.
To be considered for this role, you must also have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree AND at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a B2B marketing & communications role within the financial services industry. Experience in the development and delivery of strategic marketing, brand, media, PR and communications campaigns. Strong experience developing, producing and executing exhibition/event projects from proposal up to delivery. Experience running successful global account-based marketing and/or nurture programs. Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
