A brand new role providing administration support and assistance to our Fleet Services Department.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
Administer all quoting requests from the branch network, key account & business development teams to assist with the management of response times.Seek external supplier quotes in support of leasing services.Create, up-date & finalise fleet leasing quotations as required.Create, up-date & finalise rental fleet capex requests as required.Administer the vehicle capex process including compilation & distribution of supporting documents for authorisation.The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Certificate in Business Studies/Administration is desirableConsiderable experience working in a similar role with either asset acquisition or complex quoting requirements is desirableDemonstrated ability to learn and understand the products and services of the businessDemonstrated ability to maintain a quality service to meet customer needsDemonstrated ability to use Microsoft ExcelIn return, the successful candidate will receive the following:
