The OpportunityThis is a newly created role where you will get to make a big impact and influence how Suntory Oceania manages fleet vehicles across Australia and New Zealand.
This role can be based in our Auckland or Sydney office. What you'll be doingManage relationships with our fleet partners and ensure they are meeting Suntory Oceania's standardsAdministration support including invoicing and toll and petrol card managementProvide reporting across for the vehicle fleet including kilometer usagePerform regular review of asset performance and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport driver education to ensure we are operating safelyManage insurance providers, claims and infringementsComplete vehicles utilization reports and present this information back to the businessManage over 400 internal relationships with drivers, plus several external relationshipsPresent monthly reports back to finance and internal stakeholdersOrder vehicles to ensure that we meet the forecasted demandManage end of life of leases and associated cost reportingActively look to engage in driver behaviour changesWhat's your toolkit?Experience in a similar role either within fleet or large equipment services – FMCG experience is a bonusAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong analytical and reporting capabilityAbility to effectively prioritise your timeIf you're not an expert in all of these areas, don't worry!
