The Lane Group is a privately owned motor vehicle group, operating within the automotive industry for over 60 years. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fleet Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing all Fleet operations, ensuring that vehicles are delivered and presented in accordance with our contractual agreements with our clients.
Your key responsibilities include: Regular visits to fleet/rental/business locations via appointments Sell across major brands such as Ford, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, and Suzuki Sourcing, stocking, and coordinating required vehicles Ensuring all additional specifications for the fleet vehicles are compliant with our contractual requirements Ensuring accurate record-keeping of deals through the Titan DMS system Experienced fleet representative with loyal clients Strong communication and negotiation skills Demonstrated knowledge and experience with administration systems and procedures An ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships Ability to work autonomously and be results-driven Professional, organized, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to your work What we can offer: An attractive salary and commission structure Great team working environment An opportunity to develop your career within the group Industry benefits and loyalty program This position can be located at either our headquarters in Nedlands or at our sites in Mandurah.
