Fleet Coordinator - Victoria (Casual)
Opportunity with one of our multinational clients in medical devices
Melbourne and surrounding areas
Casual assignment, ongoing basis.
Flexible working conditions - ~30 hours per week indicative
$30-$35 hourly with mileage + tolls.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a leader in health care specialising in medical devices. Due to significant growth, they are seeking a fleet coordinator to manage their fleet of negative pressure pumps.
The successful candidate will have experience managing a fleet, preferably within the medical device industry. Confidence in communicating with hospitals or clinics is crucial. You will collaborate with territory managers to manage the pumps day-on-day, working with doctors, nurses and hospital staff to ensure items are as expected.
To be considered for this role you must have your own mode of transport and license.
Location coverage includes Frankston, Dandenong, Berwick, Clayton, and Heidelberg to Werribee in the West.
KEY DUTIES:
Manage Medical device par levels in multiple departments in multiple Hospitals
Total clean of used medical devices
Inventory Duties
Manage Stock and consumables
Portal Management
Continued patient/device location reporting
Packing and Sending consumables out to patients in the community
Collection of used devices from multiple departments in multiple Hospitals
Booking couriers and sending devices to the Service Centre that are damaged, missing parts or need maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE:
Previous experience in fleet management is highly desirable
Previous experience working and navigating around the medical industry is a must
High level of communication and professionalism
High attention to detail
Previous experience with excel is desirable
