Qualifications & Experience As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our clients, our drivers, and internal staff, ensuring the smooth and timely execution and delivery of loads. Previous allocation experience required and experience in transport allocation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities at the same time. Strong knowledge of transportation laws and regulations. Experience in wharf time slotting. Tasks & Responsibilities Allocate drivers and equipment to jobs to ensure freight is moved in the most efficient and safest manner and meets our clients' delivery windows. Using the latest software to help you make the best decisions possible. Communicate and keep customers up to date with any potential delays or issues in delivering freight. As a Fleet Controller, you will work closely with drivers, clients, maintenance personnel, and management to maintain accurate records and coordinate all aspects of our fleet operations.
