Seek to up sell otherproducts and services to existing clients. Introduce initiatives to the client that will add value to the relationshipRegularly review all customers and seek opportunities to maximise renewal business and organic growthPrepare quotations within quote turnaround time; ensure follow through and recording via won / lost businesstemplate with outcomes.Ensure client contractual obligations and KPI's are met and exceeded, and measurements are available if requested.Ensure that all day to day client enquiries are answered efficiently and within agreed timeframesBuild rapport and by understanding client needs seek opportunities for revenue growth including fee uplift. Whereapplicable introduce and maintain a "client strategy" document for each client.
