THE POSITION As RATIONALE continues to deliver Luminous Skin for Life to even more Clients, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead our RATIONALE David Jones Elizabeth Street Flagship.
Reporting into the Senior Flagship Manager, this is a full-time position based in Sydney, NSW.
As the RATIONALE Balmain Flagship Manager: You lead by example and create a supportive and inspiring team culture.You will drive success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback whilst working closely with your Senior Flagship Manager to build a highly effective team.Through coaching and developing your team to reach new milestones, you are driven to achieve operational excellence and deliver on sales and KPI expectations.You will be the embodiment of the RATIONALE values.Our dedicated Education Team will ensure you are trained across our product formulations from the time you begin with us, and consistently throughout your career with RATIONALE.
