Fixed Plant Supervisor - Mechanical / Operations

NES Fircroft are looking for an experienced Fixed Plant supervisor, to work with our client based in Collie.

This is a Full time position, DIDO working adayshift only, 4 days a week, 10hr days.

Relocation assistance to Collie, Bunbury or nearby locations within an hour of the plant.

About you: Strong maintenance understanding, from a refinery/ complex process plant background.Experience with associated plant components to Bauzite grinding, slurry storange, digestion, clarification, precipitation and calcination.Managing a crew of 8or more staffExperience with both scheduled and breakdown maintenanceParticipate in the weekly pre-planning, planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment and commitment of resources to the work schedule.Strong safety focusCan communite to a diverse group of people with different skill levels. Must haves: Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor appointment or willing to obtainC class drivers licenseCert III Mechanical Engineering ( Fitting or Fabrication) OR relavent experience in an operations roleGas fitting ticket desirableMust have full australian work rights
