The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service and parts departments, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations and profitability. Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations, optimise scheduling, and workflow for peak efficiency. Nurture a team of technicians, service advisors and spare parts interpreters. Oversee inventory, procurement, and sales targets, ensure a seamless operators and customer satisfaction. Create a customer centric environment, addressing concerns promptly and enhancing the service experience.Manage budgets, identify opportunities, and streamline expenses to maximize profitability.
